Martin graduated from the University of Reading, England with an honours degree in Quantity Surveying. After working for four years in a large Quantity Surveying Firm in London, England he moved to Toronto, Canada in 1994. Martin opened Glynn Group in 1999 working as a consultant for the Lending Institutions, Pension Funds, Real Estate Developers and Private Equity Funds in the Construction Industry.
