Abdu has been working as a cost consultant since 2021 and is developing his experience in the Canadian construction industry. Brian is involved in the preparation of feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, project monitoring and expert witness services. Due to his experience in both Pre and Post Contract elements of cost consulting, he has a strong understanding of project risks and methods to manage them. His specialties are in Commercial, Retail and Residential developments. He has a solid understanding of the current market trends and can speak confidently on construction costs and has a strong understanding of requirements from major Lenders in Canada.

Freddie has worked as a QS in East & West Canada, as well as the Middle East, providing a full range of quantity surveying services. Freddie is involved in the preparation of feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, project monitoring and expert witness services. Due to his extensive experience in both Pre & Post Contract elements of cost consulting, he has a strong understanding of project risks and methods to manage them. His specialties are Public, Transit and Commercial developments, with a very strong background in the Residential sector. He has a solid understanding of the current market trends and can speak confidently on construction costs and has a strong comprehension of requirements from major Lenders in Canada. Freddie served on the RICS Oman national board from 2017-2018 and has been a Designate Holder in good standing with the CIQS since 2006.

Hannah graduated with a Masters in Construction Economics from the University of Reading in the UK in 2017. Hannah is working with developers and Lenders and prepares analysis of financial pro-formas and feasibility studies, capital cost budgeting, development due dilligence and construction loan monitoring. Hannah continues to further her knowledge and experience on larger and more complex construction projects.
Michael is a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in Construction. Michael has worked along side his Father Martin Glynn for the past 5 years, starting his career in Construction while completing his Degree at George Brown College. Michael assists in monitoring projects of all size and types across of Ontario through inspecting the Construction sites and taking that information to help with Project Monitoring and Construction Cost Estimating for monthly progress reports. Michael aspires to be the best of his ability as he continues to increase his knowledge in the field and relationships with the experts he works with daily.

Paul has worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Construction Estimator since 1985. Paul is involved in the preparation of feasibility studies, construction cost planning, project monitoring and claim/litigation services. Paul has previously held positions as Chief Estimator and Preconstruction Services Manager for two of Canada’s largest General Contractors and joined Glynn Group in 2013. Paul served on the board of the Nova Scotia Institute of Quantity Surveyors in 1988/1989 and has prepared several final level examination papers for The Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

Ross specializes in lender services dealing with project monitoring and budget analysis. Working with developers, lenders and consultants, he is involved in the preparation and analysis of financial pro-forma and feasibility studies, capital cost budgeting, development due diligence and loan monitoring. Ross specializes in high- and low-rise residential projects, as well as rental and senior housing, with additional experience in a wide variety of projects, including data centres, site servicing, industrial and commercial developments. Ross has a solid understanding of lenders’ requirements on real estate financing and has worked with major lending institutes throughout Canada and internationally.

Siva has worked as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant in Canada over 15 years, as well as the Middle East and Sri Lanka, providing a full range of Quantity Surveying services. Siva is involved in the preparation of construction cost estimates, project loan monitoring and site inspections. Due to his experience in both Project Cost Planning and Project Loan Monitoring of cost consulting, He has a strong understanding of the projects skills from inception to completion. His specialties are in the residential and commercial sectors. Siva served on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Chapter of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) board as Vice Chair from 2013-2016 and as Chair from 2016-2018.

Steven has been with Glynn Group Incorporated for over 20 years and is actively involved with the preparation of Construction Feasibility Studies, Construction Costs Estimates, the preparation of Budget Review Reports and ongoing Progress Reporting for various Lending Institutions. The project types that Steven is actively involved in include, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial Retail, Retirement Living, Healthcare and various levels of Residential Projects. Steven works closely with Developers and Lending Institutions and provides insightful and effective solutions to a range of complex matters in the pre-development stages and during the budget preparation and ongoing Project Monitoring process.
