MARTIN GLYNN
Qualifications: Bsc(Hons) from University of Reading. MRICS
Martin founded Glynn Group in 1999 providing a full spectrum of cost consulting services to Lending Institutions, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Real Estate Developers and Private Equity Funds and Government Agencies. Martin has built a solid reputation with his clients in both pre-construction and post-construction services, expert reporting and peer reviews. His specialties include the structure of financing for all types of construction projects.
ABDURAHMAN MASUD
Qualifications: Btech(Hons) Construction Management from George Brown
Abdurahman (Abdu) is a Quantity Surveyor and a graduate from George Brown’s construction management program. Abdu has been working as a cost consultant since 2021 and is developing his experience in the Canadian construction industry. Abdu is involved with Budget reviews, loan monitoring and site inspections. Abdu is passionate about cost consulting and is eager to build a solid background in the industry.
BRIAN GONCALVES
Qualifications: Architectural Technology from Mohawk College, Project Management Certification from Algonquin College, MRICS, PQS, CEC
Brian has worked as a Commercial Manager in the Middle East and Director of Construction and a Director of Quantity Surveying within North America, providing a full range of services. Brian is involved in the preparation of feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, project monitoring and expert witness services. Due to his experience in both Pre and Post Contract elements of cost consulting, he has a strong understanding of project risks and methods to manage them. His specialties are in Commercial, Retail and Residential developments. He has a solid understanding of the current market trends and can speak confidently on construction costs and has a strong understanding of requirements from major Lenders in Canada.
FREDDIE SAYERS
Qualifications: Bsc(Hons) from Nottingham Trent University, MRICS, PQS
Freddie has worked as a QS in East & West Canada, as well as the Middle East, providing a full range of quantity surveying services. Freddie is involved in the preparation of feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, project monitoring and expert witness services. Due to his extensive experience in both Pre & Post Contract elements of cost consulting, he has a strong understanding of project risks and methods to manage them. His specialties are Public, Transit and Commercial developments, with a very strong background in the Residential sector. He has a solid understanding of the current market trends and can speak confidently on construction costs and has a strong comprehension of requirements from major Lenders in Canada. Freddie served on the RICS Oman national board from 2017-2018 and has been a Designate Holder in good standing with the CIQS since 2006.
HANNAH GLYNN
Qualifications: Msc(Hons) from University of Reading
Hannah graduated with a Masters in Construction Economics from the University of Reading in the UK in 2017. Hannah is working with developers and Lenders and prepares analysis of financial pro-formas and feasibility studies, capital cost budgeting, development due dilligence and construction loan monitoring. Hannah continues to further her knowledge and experience on larger and more complex construction projects.
MICHAEL GLYNN
Qualifications: Bsc from George Brown
Michael is a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in Construction. Michael has worked along side his Father Martin Glynn for the past 5 years, starting his career in Construction while completing his Degree at George Brown College. Michael assists in monitoring projects of all size and types across of Ontario through inspecting the Construction sites and taking that information to help with Project Monitoring and Construction Cost Estimating for monthly progress reports. Michael aspires to be the best of his ability as he continues to increase his knowledge in the field and relationships with the experts he works with daily.
